Explore Ting Nee's inspiring Pilates journey from university discovery to certified instructor. Amazed by its muscle-building benefits and low-impact nature, Ting Nee transitioned from accounting to pursue her passion. As a Stott-trained instructor and co-founder of Reform Studio, she empowers others to enhance strength, flexibility, and mind-body connection with safe, potent Pilates techniques.

Maryam, a Yoga Alliance-certified instructor, passionately champions yoga's transformative potential. Maryam's expertise extends to various studios, festivals, events, and teacher training programs throughout Malaysia.

A seasoned Personal Trainer of 7 years with a Kinesiology degree, specialising in customised exercise programs for seniors and those with disabilities. Certified in EMS technology, she enhances workouts targeting specific muscle groups. Also a Reformer Pilates instructor, she emphasises the mind-body connection. Clients benefit from improved posture and coordination in her safe, organized environment.
